How much does shipping cost?

Sweden
We use unit shipping, this means that you pay SEK 69 in shipping regardless of the weight or size of your package. If you buy products for more than 1200 SEK, we offer the shipping cost.

Our SHIPPING/PACKING prices are based on the following examples.

1. WEIGHT/VALUE does not only mean the weight of the item but can be more if it is bulky or goes over a weight limit when the item is packed. But it can also mean that, for example, a sticker has a lower value so you can get 4-6 pieces at a lower postage than otherwise. Any bulky items are included.

2. If the item weighs 90 g and the packaging is 40, it ends up at 130 g and costs SEK 30. Other items up to 249 g in total are then free of shipping and the price remains at 30:-.

3. light items of about 3 grams are weighted to 3 g (without envelope) and can then be shipped together for cheap cost. E.g. 6 stickers of 3 g can be weighted to 18 g and cost 10:-.

4. We want YOU as a buyer to have the total price clear to YOU without stupid surprises afterwards. Therefore, the amount of POSTAGE / PACKAGE shown on the invoice ALWAYS applies.

5. If you have any questions regarding PORTO/EMBALLGE, do not hesitate to email us. info@trofeshop. se

Welcome to Klarna Checkout

Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and choose the payment method that suits you best.

A nice thing about Klarna Checkout is that we distinguish between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. The payment methods offered to you may vary from store to store, but also depending on our credit assessment. However, the most common payment methods are invoice, installment, card, bank transfer or other direct payment. All are equally secure. If you wish, you can link a PIN code to Klarna Checkout.

By entering or requesting information in Klarna Checkout, you agree to our terms of use and our use of your personal data as set out below.

Klarna Checkout Terms of Use

By using Klarna Checkout, you agree to Klarna AB (publ)'s (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm), "Klarna", terms and conditions as set out below, including any appendices or other material referred to (the "Terms"). By entering or requesting information, you start using Klarna Checkout. By doing so, you have also agreed to our processing of your personal data, including the possibility for us to transfer the data to third parties or for processing outside the EU/EEA area. To use Klarna Checkout, you must be at least 15 years old.

Identification, adaptation and risk assessment

In order to securely identify you and prevent unauthorized use or abuse of Klarna Checkout and to meet the requirements of good credit granting practice, Klarna needs to ensure your identity. Klarna collects additional information such as social security number, name and address and, when choosing credit options, credit information from various suppliers. Klarna also needs to use the information you may have provided in previous purchases, publicly available information on the internet and information about how you have previously fulfilled our payment terms, to make a risk assessment. Klarna Checkout automatically adapts the risk assessment, and thus the design of the service, each time you use the service and you do not need to enter more information than necessary. In some cases, the address previously provided and approved by Klarna will be displayed to you as soon as you provide your e-mail address and postal code. The approved address may only be used for the purpose of pre-filling the address details in direct connection with a purchase. You can easily avoid pre-filling the authorized address by choosing to apply a PIN code. By completing the purchase, you confirm your identity and correct delivery address.

Payment, fees

Klarna Checkout presents the payment options that can be offered to you. Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, partial payment, card payment or direct payment via bank. Invoice is the default payment option where possible. When paying by invoice, Klarna's current invoice terms apply; currently 14 days credit, a reminder fee will be added in the event of non-payment. If you have purchased less than SEK 60, SEK 29.00 will be added, and if you have purchased SEK 60 or more, SEK 60.00 will be added as a reminder fee. There is also a penalty interest rate corresponding to 24% plus the reference rate set by the Riksbank from time to time. There is no cost to use Klarna Checkout. However, any taxes or fees may be added by the chosen payment option, see the individual payment terms for the option you choose. Klarna may at any time add or remove one or more payment options from those offered in Klarna Checkout.

For most payment methods, when you complete a purchase via Klarna Checkout, you and Klarna enter into an agreement whereby Klarna guarantees, among other things, that you will not have to pay if you do not receive your goods. At the same time, Klarna reimburses the store for what you have purchased and thus assumes the right to be paid. Regardless of which payment method you choose, your payment goes to settle the claim Klarna has. However, you may be offered other payment methods in Klarna Checkout (such as Swish), where Klarna does not take over the claim from the store, but your payment of the debt is instead settled directly to the seller. However, your purchase will still be covered by Klarna's buyer protection in these cases.

Usage, PIN code

Klarna is the holder of all rights to Klarna Checkout. As a user, you may only use the service in the intended way to make purchases, until further notice and in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions. Klarna Checkout offers the possibility to choose a personal code, a so-called PIN code. This PIN code is an optional option for those who want extra protection when shopping online. Remember not to choose a code that has any connection with your own social security number, telephone number or similar, not to reveal the code to anyone or to note the code in such a way that outsiders can assume that it refers to a PIN code.
